a) To provide financial aid for education or healthcare to the deserving children of the people who serve the medical students and resident Doctor of Government Medical College Baroda, Gujarat, India and who do not have reliable sources of income.

b) To provide financial aid for education or healthcare to the persons who serve the medical students and resident Doctor of Government Medical College Baroda, Gujarat, India and who do not have reliable sources of income. Such persons include the people who deliver tiffin, etc.

c) To provide financial aid for education or healthcare to the teachers and staff or former teachers and staff of Government Medical College Baroda, Gujarat, India.

d) To provide financial aid for education or healthcare to the students of Government Medical College Baroda, Gujarat, India.

f) The spread or promotion of education or learning in all branches in such a manner as the Trustees may think fit including:

1. 1. Establishment and/or acquisition and maintenance or support of School, Colleges, study Centers, and other institutions for imparting education and training of student.
   2. To Establish and support of professorship, fellowships, lectureships, Scholarships and prizes at any schools, colleges or other educational Institutions.
   3. To establish, renovate, decorate, donate provide and support any requirement of schools & colleges etc. for the educational institutions of national interest and/or situated in the remote place.
   4. Establishment and maintenance of or support of Hostels and/or Boarding Houses and grants of free boarding and lodging to poor and deserving students upon such terms as the Trustees may think fit.
   5. Grant or endowments at Universities, Research institutions and other Educational Scientific Institutions (whether new, existing or thereafter established) for spread of education and knowledge in all or any branches of knowledge.
   6. Awarding scholarships and cash payment to poor persons and widows desirous or receiving primary, secondary and/or higher education.
   7. To award loans with or without interest, Scholarship prizes and/or awards or other financial help to the deserving students of colleges and/or other educational institutions in India or elsewhere.
   8. To establish and/or aid in the establishment of or to provide grants or aid to Medical College libraries, public libraries and other institutions of public welfare.
